when you increase the cycle time, it automatically puts the heat up to high, and your clothes get fried. on "normal" setting you can only have medium heat. there is a delay between pressing a button and the machine recognizing that you have pressed it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in February this year and customer service has been great too! I’m not use to all this high end electrical stuff!
The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm unable to get the app too work for this dryer other than that, this dryer is bigger and better than any one that I have ever purchased.
I just purchased this dryer and an very happy with it. Except. I do not like the non button "buttons" to select a variation on the preset drying cycles. Non responsive to touch ar times and you can't save selected changes so you have to re select for every load.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love both they work beautiful and have just the best options to have perfect results when washing which is very much in all our lives!
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dryer was on its last legs along with the washer so I purchased both based on Consumer Reports reviews. I am very pleased with the first LG product I have ever purchased.
