It doesnt keep notifications displayed ???

Thought the side window would show notifications until you opened it but after 3 seconds they go away but the time/date stays.. why?

It doesn't perform as expected and knowing when you have notifications without flipping the cover is impossible despite hours of tweaking settings.
If this case worked as expected or maybe blinked when you have notifications then it would be fine but it doesn't so you never know unless you flip the cover up to check.
The software needs to be tweaked to fix this and allow full customized notification handling. On my note 9 I replied on the LED to know when I had notifications. I thought this case would work in a similar way but it doesn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great case. Love the fact that with the case closed I can see the time and notifications, and control my music, and answer calls, and it looks so slick. Plus it feels great in your hand. Don't know what else to say. Favorite case I've had in a while.

It's been almost a month since I purchased this phone and I haven't had any problems. The smart switch made transfering data from the old phone to the new a breeze and the time it took was less than 15 minutes.
I mainly use the phone for my work to take notes and create check lists as a manager throughout the day. I also use the phone to take down spontaneous art ideas by painting or drawing mini art work, which I later transfer to a large canvas as an oil painting.

Overall this device is great and I am huge fan of the Galaxy Note line and will probably never stop using the Note product line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the note 10 and am excited about. It’s the best phone in the world ,with tech that rival iPhone with easy. The features are unbelievable, 3d scanning, photos, handwritten to word doc, etc....I really really like the S View Flip Cover!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I´ve just bought the Note 10 + and this View Flip Cover and is really practical due to the incoming call it shows, the message icon and the time. Blue looks better but it is out of stock. It should have the standing case like the one for the Note 9.
