Won't remain closed.

This case would be great if it had something to hold it closed. I have to pretty much place my phone facing down because after using it this thing just opens up like a book. I regret not getting the one that shows the wording on the side, the LED eventually gets useless but the fact that it doesn't close is very irritating. Should have had a magnet or type of velcro to keep the book design closed as this defeats the purpose of protecting the screen. Looks beautiful in hand but would have to make sure to put it in a tight place in the purse or backpack to avoid scratching with keys and such or get a screen protector.

Great Concept, Not So Good Execution

I love the case, the feel, the functionality, and the look are 5 stars. The actual engineering is zero stars. They need to make spin a little thicker. New, without the phone, the case closed nicely, with the phone, it had a slight opening. Not too alarming. After one day of use, the cover is open enough where the led notifications will not appear. If I set it down, even on a little incline, the cover will pop open. So disappointing. I hope they fix this.

doesn't protect phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this case has cool features but pops off my phone when droppend and my phone cracked in the corner once when dropping it. after it was cracked my phone was dropped again and now the screen doesn't function properly. when falling the case opens up.

When I first bought the cover it was great. Now when I put it in my charging easel it won't stay shut. And, it make it very difficult to take pics with my device.

I have had this case sense the note 10 rolled out. I love the concept of it. I always get people asking about it when they see the front light up... The downfall is one: it doesn't want to stay closed at first, you either have to flip it over or hold the front down till it will stay closed on its own. Two: their is no protection, getting out of the car one day hands full my phone slid out and smack the ground face Down case open. Needless to say I was horrified to pick my phone up. The result my screen is cracked, don't get me wrong it's in ther bottom corner and not horrible but this happened 2 weeks after getting this phone. Also the screen protector on the top corner is ripped some. So now I need a new screen protector a better case (which are not in my budget currently) and have a cracked screen.

Fantastic Phone Cover

I just received this cover and it is unbelievable. It fits the Note 10+ perfectly and works flawlessly. It is thinner than most Covers, but the material used provides great protection. I really appreciate the ability to answer calls without opening the cover. If there is a negative it would be the card slot - you can only insert one card, but given the quality of the other features it's no problem. Highly recommended!

the case was such fun and i really liked it, but then it just stopped working. there has been a glimpse or two, but that's all during the last 6 months. disappointing.
