It’s a nice enough watch but it’s not at all intuitive to use. It doesn’t come with an instruction manual, and the one I found online isn’t very helpful. It also constantly unpairs itself with my WiFi and stops tracking my stats. It’s difficult to use while running when I want to use my map and change the song I’m listening to. When I click away from the map it stops tracking my run.

Fenix 6S Sapphire

Comfortable and stylish for everyday use. Multiple layouts for a custom/unique feel. Easy to navigate between options. Easy connection with other Garmin products. Yardage is accurate for golf. Location for hiking, trails, exercise is spot on. Not a touchscreen, but the glass is durable. It has stood up to years of abuse (work, hikes, sports, exercise, etc). There are cheaper options, but this is a great watch for anyone who enjoys multiple activities. The battery life depends on many factors, but overall does well and only needs charged once other twice a week.

I bought it, was over the moon with it. With every system update was getting slower and slower. Now the light button and vibration mode don't even work

No connectivity due to Connect app failure.

I've had my Fenix 6s for around 6 years connected to a Samsung 9+. Worked perfectly always connected. I broke that phone and began using a Nokia G22. Nothing but trouble. Will not stay connected. Deleted and reconnected the pairing on both devices. Deleted the Connect App a couple of times. Adjusted every setting possible in developer mode as well as the obvious battery optimization ones. Nothing works apart from toggling Aeroplane mode which reconnects for about 5 minutes. Surely the app can be configured to account for the aggressive battery optimizations of newer kernel phones. It really makes the watch no more useful than any digital watch without the connectivity.
