The online order-to-delivery process was executed perfectly: Order placement, payment and acknowledgement processes worked flawlessly. Product delivery actually occurred 3 day earlier than estimated. The delivering carrier service was excellent, cordial, and accommodating to minimize any lifting or movement of the packaged product by me. The condition of the palatalized package was excellent.
Product assembly instructions were easy to follow; the product was well packaged and protected; all parts and hardware were accounted for, including assembly tools and extra hardware; I was able to compete assembly in about 30-40 minutes.
After connecting the LP tank regulator and conducting all recommended safety checks, the burner lit on the first try, and was fully operational, thereafter.
The features, style, ambiance, operation and dimensions of this unit fit our needs perfectly! We are very satisfied and happy with this purchase decision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just put this together. Easy, great instructions. Also well packed. It is elegant and has everything you would want. Table top insert, cover and well hinged door to hide the propane tank. This is an amazing product for the price.
