This is my 3rd Stylo. Until now, I've put apps on the SD card. With this version they've decided not to allow anything but pictures (and maybe texts??) to be moved. It is extremely disingenuous to say that this phone has expandable storage. Extremely unfortunate since this is otherwise a great phone. This issue is a deal breaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this phone 16 months ago and LOVE it! It was an upgrade from my Stylo 4 which I also loved and had purchased because of it's water resistance feature. The 5 doesn't offer this feature and honestly that's the only thing that doesn't please me about this phone and the only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating. The stylus improvement from 4 to 5 is on point! Much more durable! The camera takes incredible photos and has storage capacity to hold them all and still run all my apps. I use my Quick Memo every day all day long! I store recipes, budgets, special notes to myself that would be lost had I used a notebook. Even when I've broken my phone or upgraded my notes are still there when I transfer my info from phone to phone. If only it had the water resistance! I've been considering upgrading to the Stylo 6 with it's larger screen. I don't know how I ever got by with a smaller screen than my Stylos!

Fast and great battery life

I was in need of a better phone and carrier service and Boost with LG came to the rescue with the Stylo 5 and I wouldn't trade it for anything else except maybe the Thin Q

I haven't even owned my stylo 5 for a year yet. And ive been experiencing some severe problems with the battery . i even factory reset. The phone twice and it will charge to 72% and wont charge any further. Ive also noticed problems with the speakers on phone there alot weaker and they appear to be going out. And the stylo pen that. Comes with phone is cheap and breaks easliy ive had my phone not even a year and ive replaced it 3 times.
