I don't know why but I have two logins and when I finally got logged in the message was, "That account already exists, try another." Very frustrating.

And you let me run out of my HP Office jet 8034 I have tried to get this resolved but no one understands me. I use all 3 printers for business and I need to talk to someone who will be able to help me
