[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I recently purchased a new home that has a smaller living/tv room than we previously had. By pure happenstance I came across a video on YouTube of the W9 65 and was hooked. What better TV to put on a wall of a smaller room that doesn't dominate the room and take away from my wife's careful design/layout of the room. It's also my first experience with OLED and it the definition of perfection. We've had the TV on the wall for a couple weeks and it has blown past my high expectations; at night it becomes a bit of an optical illusion where it seems as if our wall has morphed into TV itself. During the day the glare from the sun is not overpowering. I honestly can't remember the last time I hung a new TV in my house and immediately had to take pictures to send to friends and family. I put one of the screen saver images (faux picture frame) on the TV and sent a picture to my mother in-law (who hates TV's in living room) saying "I got fed up with trying to find and hang the right TV, ended up getting a nice picture frame instead". She 100% bought it and the look on her face when she saw the TV in person for the 1st time was well worth the cost of the TV

Nice tv

I liked how it was delivered fast, but it died on me three weeks later. returned it and got a replacement that works fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tv for about 2 years and people can not believe how perfect the picture is and they love how the speakers pop up from the sound bar which comes with the tv, I know it was a little pricey but you definitely get what you paid for and the LG customer service is to notch

Only had it for two years and already has burn in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really makes me sad to write this because this is my 3rd OLED in the house(and most expensive one) and after 1 year and a half of use it already has 4 noticeable spots of burn in. I don’t even leave it in that long when I’m not using it. It’s sad after paying so much spent on a signature model that if he this problem. And for the money wasted that’s why I can only shove it one star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
