High quality yet affordable. I've taken this backpack around the world with me and its never let me down.

This is not leather at all, this is made by chip materials really chip materials put together decently very disappointed since I was looking for a leather backpack, not a foamy material backpack.

Great Bag

I have had this bag for at least 5 years regularly commuting in NYC and personal use. It is a great bag and nothing has broke, zipper and stitching are still all perfect. Its light and functional for a leather bag. Like mentioned below it has gotten many compliments. My dream is if this bag came in a real chromexcel leather..

A Secondary Choice that became Number 1!

I've actually never owned a high end backpack before. I really wanted something with a sleek design that was unisex in appearance, but could really hold my work laptop, a wacom tablet, and other peripherals like cords, pens, and sketchbooks. I was leaning towards Nordace for its sleek design, as well as Dagne Dover -- however a lot of bags have trouble with fitting a laptop that is 14-15" in screen size. As a graphic designer at my workplace, having to work on a 14.5 inch screen is honestly not ideal as the screen size is already so small for me personally. Going smaller is impractical in my application... but strangely, all these backpacks made for women seem to think that women in the workplace have only 13" sized laptops and tablets. Weird. I decided I needed more practicality in a bag, but could not find a backpack that would fit everything I wanted but still looked nice. This backpack, somewhat fit all the needs when I was researching it. And I am very happy with my purchase. With all of my combined items, my side shoulder bag was really hard to carry because it became so heavy. So one side of my shoulder really hurt. This backpack evenly distributes all the weight so it doesn't even feel bad as I carry such a heavy load, and that alone, makes it a worthwhile backpack. As much as I want to look cute and stylish going to work; I'm also getting older now, and my back isn't what it used to be, so I need to take care of myself by purchasing a bag that served me best.

I bought this bag while in NY about 8 years ago, I have gotten the zippers and padding repaired and it is getting a little worn down, but I love this bag and would buy it again. It has seen countless airports. Thank you

This is one of the best backpacks I've ever bought. Haven't had much chance to travel with it due to the current situation, but I love it so far. Looking forward to seeing how it holds once I'm back on the road consistently. I owned a different backpack that was from Solo New York as well and it's one of my favorites, so I didn't expect anything less from this backpack.
