I brought this 3 weeks ago. pen loose inside of the phone and i have to toch the screen multiple times in order to response

Everytime it updates this phone has a temper tantrum...wish i could switch back to an iphone. Also this cold temperature battery error mine got is absolute foolishness. I hate this product and my note 8 was my favorite phone.

I bought this phone thinking I was upgrading. I was not. The fingerprint scanner simply does not work. I used my insurance to get my original note 10 replaced. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work on this one either. Sometimes it won't make calls or texts. It takes forever for anyone to receive pictures over texts from me. I am now stuck with this phone for at least a year and am extremely angry about it. Definitely thinking about going back to iPhone next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just got this today and i love it except the aura blue is not what i accepted. Also really dislike the no audio jack. I wish they would of sent a audio jack extender like apple does at lease. One of the reasons i didn't like apple was because of the no audio jack. Really wish they would stop trying to be like apple and be themselves. If they send out audio jack extenders then i would change my review.

A Note that you can actually hang onto...

There is plenty to ready or watch on Youtube about this phone, so I won't reiterate any of that. It is true to Samsung quality, and an excellent version of the Note, that you can hold and use with one hand, which is why I made the switch. Also, lighter weight than the Note 9, which is noticeable. Pen keeps getting better, with better handwriting to text recognition, and new features--I do use the pen quite often for taking notes, and it works fantastic. Screen looks great, I can't see why people are complaining about specs. Battery seems to last all day. I use the included earbuds, and they work well, so no complaints about lack of headphone jack. Also, unlike other many other phones Samsung allows you to increase screen sensitivity, which helps when using a screen protector. Only issue, is the fingerprint reader usually takes several presses to work--not nearly as responsive as the one on the back of the Note 9.

Love the Galaxy Note 10

I was debating on whether to get the note 10 plus or the note 10 and finally settled on the note 10 due to the size. I don't like big phones and I find them harder to fit in my pocket or wallets/wristlets. The note 10 is perfect for me. My husband have to note 10 plus and I'm very happy that I chose the note 10. The plus would have been too big for me but love both phones. People are upset about the missing headphone jack but it doesn't bother me cause I've been using my galaxy buds. Also for the other missing features that this phone doesn't have compared to the note plus doesn't bother me but could have been cheaper. All in all a great phone and I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought a phone as preorder . I wish I knew these things before pre ordering the phone.No stress test sensor , No heart rate sensor ...like woa seriously ?? My Note 8 was way better then this. Will not buy any product in feature. You guys build mistrust here
