Just basic with too many problems

decent phone but not for the price. phone overheats, horrible about dropping calls, not receiving or sending texts, and freezing internet.

ive always had a galaxy phone for the past 6 years and ive never cracked a phone before my last two. i first cracked my s10 and it was completely my fault so i wasnt worried about it. i traded it in for a note 10 because ive always loved these phone and the very second day i pulled it out of my pocket and noticed a tiny tiny crack from the side. i didnt drop it nor did i do anything to bash it on its side. now 3 months later my screen has spider web cracks in multiple spots on the edges, all coming from that one hairline scratch, and now the top half of my screen wont recognize my finger, only my s pen. i would not recommended this phone to anyone who isnt planning on just keeping it on a desk and never moving it.

Great phone, but it doesn't have an audio jack

The phone overall is great. What I didn't realize when I bought it is that it doesn't feature a normal audio jack. Yes you could get bluetooth headphones or use the type C headphones included in the pack, but what about all the headphones I already have with 3.5mm jack??? Shall I throw them away? Yes you could buy an adapter, but that takes away all the convenience, having to remove it for my other devices and store it close to the note 10 in case I need to use it? Samsung followed a pointless trend like sheep which is not consumer driven and is so inconvenient for the average user. One day Apple will remove the display from the smartphone and all manufacturers will copy blindly like they can't think for themselves or ask their users. I would return the phone if I could....

Great phone, disappointed no headphone jack.

I had to get a new phone due to the screen going out in my old one. This isn't a whole lot different than my old galaxy gs-8, but an overall nice phone. I didn't realize the note 10 didn't have a headphone jack until after I bought it. I am pretty disappointed with that since I was accustomed to using the free wired headphones.

Good but not great

I have been a note user for a long time. I only upgraded because I needed more memory. I must say, I'm not impressed for the price. I actually think that the older models were better. The pen is flimsy and falls out. Within a week it was finally lost so I had to order a new one. The battery life seems to be the same as the other versions. The screen will sometimes freeze and needs to be reset. Sometimes the keyboard works great, sometimes not. I still love all of the features the phone has and still love Samsung phones. I just feel this phone doesn't give what it's supposed to. Not worth the price.

Could be perfect except...

I switched from an S7 Edge to this. I loved my edge, best phone I ever had. I needed an upgrade so I went for a note... this phone is gorgeous. My problem is the lack of headphone jack. It doesn't come with an adapter & not any simple adapter is supported. I would have gave it 5 stars had it not been for the lack of including an adapter. The more Samsung tries to be like apple, the less I am interested in buying a Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like this phone only because its compact size, but everything else Note 10 Plus does better, even my older note 9 has more features. This phone should be much cheaper than Note 10 Plus.
