While listening to pat metheny's "same river", I FELT the bass drum as I was as the recording as the tears swelled in my eyes while listening at first.
This speaker system is also incredible in every way since I can plug in a FLAC/mp3 music player instead of using a computer or bland device. The sound is very responsive as the volume does not have to be loud to enjoy and hear all the instruments. The right side controls are a god-send as I can adjust wheat I need without that guessing confusion as to guess which icon does what, as other speakers feature nowadays.
This speaker also works well with watching mp4 video programs as adjusting the sound on VLC improves the sound immensely.

Im am extremely happy and pleased with this The Three II as this system is perfect for those who own their music and listen to digital albums and enjoy a room filled theatre sound while watching a video as well! Thank you Klipsch!

A strange thing occurred with this speaker system. It was placed in a back bedroom. We weren't impressed with it. However when we left the room, the sound was better. So in essence, we discovered it is perfect where it is for background music if we are conversing in the living room. It doesn't compare to a full component stereo, but serves an important role in the house.
