Very Happy With Purchase - So Far

We received our new Cafe Induction range about 3 weeks ago and I'm very excited about it and so far, everything has been perfect. I have yet to use some of the functions - but everything I've used has worked as it should. The induction does not "whine". I can hear a very faint whine or buzz if I use my lighter pans but only briefly when I turn it on. Other than that, it is silent and "deadly". Heats up the pans very quickly and for the most part, I've already got a handle on temps. I was worried that I might prefer the more contemporary controls vs the knobs but I'm very satisfied with the knobs. I think either would be fine. Oven works fantastic - preheat is extremely fast - at least compared to the range I had. I've even used the in-oven camera and it's pretty cool. AirFry works good and temps are right on. I love the way it looks and like I said, so far, it's definitely been worth the long, long, long wait.

Beautiful look and lay out

I really enjoy the layout of the cooktop and the overall design of this stove. It’s a beauty. I really enjoy the options for the handles. I am having some difficulty hooking it up to the app. It is not recognizing my Wi-Fi but other than that I am enjoying it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the induction and convection

I’m new to induction so learning to cook with it. Love the ability to clean up and the gas like heat - when you turn it down the temperature immediately is adjusted.

Heats up quick! High quality stove.

This is a very nice stove. The induction makes it heat up so much faster than our previous range electric. We wanted to switch to gas and this is going to be a better long term decision for our family.

Poor build quality

Just received our new induction range and the door open door is locked and the slide shelf gets jammed halfway in. Very disappointed for the cost of this stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear your new oven door is locked. This can be unexpected, and we'd like to offer some assistance. Please try pressing the lock controls pad, for three seconds. This will
lock or unlock the controls. Cancel/Off is always active, even when the control is locked.
If extension racks are difficult to pull out, please lubricate the racks using the graphite lubricant provided with your oven. This should eliminate the trouble you've had extending it. Full instructions can be found on page 20 of the owner's manual. Feel free to use this link as well.

Very poor quality

I had to have the first one replaced as it had a cocked oven door and I just received this new one and now the bottom drawer is not closing evenly. I am happy with the performance but the build quality on these stoves is very poor. I do not feel like I got my money's worth.
