[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not compatible with M18 Alienware laptops. I am confused how a Dell docking station is not compatible with a Dell product. I can get the product to partially work with my M18, but I have to fight with it every day. I am unable to just plug it in to my laptop and press the power button. I have to turn on my laptop first then plug it in and then close my laptop. Depending on the day I use the left USBC or sometimes just the right one for it to extend my screen to my two screens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While convenient, Dell USB-C/TB docks still need a lot of work. We use many of these in our environment and experience regular issues. We work extensively to maintain latest firmware to try and improve reliability with the docks as much as we can. Hopefully they will be as reliable as previous generation dock devices.

Nice overall but can not get the ethernet through the dock to work after restart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance and ease of use is fantastic. Dock is rock solid, no problems at all like I had with others, such as flickering screens. This dock is highly recommended.
The WD19DCS works well and functions as design. Only suggestion would be to have Two HDMI ports instead of One. It has Two display ports so it's not a big deal but having Two HDMI ports would give more connection options. Other than that product is great.
