Upgrading computers for our office - 1 of the 3 computers was defective out of the box and told it would be 10 business days to replace but its more like 25 business days. I understand all things logistically are stressed but this is not what we expected from dell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dell Performance Dock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this Docking adapters very useful to be used as Docking hub for my Laptops and use Desktops as Display Units. I could extend my Laptop display to other screens very easily and conveniently using this Dell Performance Dock. It provides a great extension hub facility.

I work from home and like to move around from my desk, but it was always so annoying having to unplug 4 things before moving my laptop. This dock has made cable management so much easier and moving to and from my desk a breeze. It really makes working from home better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for use as a universal dock with multiple vendors and OS. Works fine as a standard USB-C dock when a single connection is made. Other systems with different spacing may have difficulty connecting both cables simultaneously, to say nothing of if the dock or power delivery functions as normal once both are connected. If you have a Dell system that can use the huge power delivery and dock feature set, it seems like a solid dock. If you're going to share this dock, or use primarily with other makes and models of laptop, it may not meet your expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Dell WD19DCS Performance Docking Station has made my life easier and less complicated. Setup was simple and straightforward. Connecting 2 monitors to my laptop was a breeze. Lots of ports and uses with this docking station. It charges my cell phone super-fast. So convenient not to have to unplug all the wires when transporting my laptop. Highly recommend it.

I was looking for a docking station that provided power - as a docking station should IMO.
I also want to run multiple monitors (3). This docking station was recommended as compatible to my specific computer. I receive it and.... there is power. However, please note: there are TWO power input cords. For my specific laptop, there is only ONE recepticle. SO... I am told "just dont plug the other one in." FYI.. the adapters I have tried, none provide power. Well, I am having nothing but trouble with the docking station. My monitor goes on and off, even as I type this. My camera is often not picked up and I have to re-plug in. My icons are not appearing at the bottom. Nope, not impressed. I am told this docking station is for a more powerful machine. Well, then, wouldnt it manage what I am running through it!!????!
