Dell performance Dock increased my work performance and efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t know how I went this long with out a Dell performance dock station! Set up was easy and no problems connecting my laptop to a monitor. Had to update driver just added tag# and download. Now I can do more work from my home office. I also can charge my phone on the USB port and will be buying another monitor for more charts and graphics. It is a home for all my electronics in one spot. I highly recommend for those who need high performance,multiple monitors and quick charge
Bought 10 to go with new computers for a refresh for a few users, All of them have varying levels of the same problem. Any kind of load on the attached computer first starts to make any monitors attached to the dock get snowy/fuzzy, until finally under a high enough load the monitors blackout or cycle the connection back to the computer. There is three of them that wont show anything on the display at all when a computer is connected. USB functionality still works but displays are a no go. and the worst part is I ordered these thinking they were thunderbolt (it was a miscommunication with our rep, not 100% his fault.) so if your looking for a dock that has thunderbolt or works at all, do not buy this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to power my Dell Precision 7670 at my WFH desk. It works great. I have 32" Ultrawide monitor (3440 x 1440) and a 27" (2560 x 1440) monitor connected. I have my camera and my microphone and everything works great! I get all the power my workstation could want. I have all sorts of "office" peripherals attached and the system does not complain. I am glad I bought the Docking Station.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product stopped working. I had to troubleshoot, ultimately resolving by unplugging for 10 seconds, plugging it back in and then crossing my fingers. This is a pretty expensive product to be glitching so soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1. Reset the monitor to Factory Defaults. See the User Guide of your monitor for more information about how to reset the monitor to factory defaults. 2. Ensure that the video cable (HDMI, or DisplayPort) is connected securely to the monitor and the docking station. 3. Disconnect and reconnect the monitor/s from the docking station. 4. First turn off the docking station by disconnecting the Type-C cable and then removing the power adapter from the dock. Then, turn on the docking station by connecting a power adapter to the dock before connecting the Type-C cable to your laptop.

Competent solution. I just wish I could drive more monitors at a higher resolution. I utilize three Dell Ultra-Sharp 40 inch curved WHD monitors. Two of them are crystal clear utilizing the display port but it's very hard to get the HDMI to match the clarity. I wish there was a solution for this.
