Dishwasher Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my Bosch Diswasher. I removed a perfectly good dishwasher (Samsung) that was only a couple of years old because I frequently had dirty dishes. It never cleaned well from the time it was purchased. But my Bosch always cleans my dishes, and it's quiet as well. I'm so glad I talked my husband into buying it for my Christmas gift!

Bosch Diswasher

We purchased the Bosch diswasher based on reviews that indicated it was quiet while operating. The reviews were correct, this is the quiestest dishwasher I've ever owned and you can sit in our living area while it is running and not be disturbed. The dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning the dishes.

Excellent wash quality, quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 15 yr old Bosch Dishwasher with this model. We were able to easily swap the custom cover from the old washer to the new one and use the same hookups without a problem. I actually swaped out the custom panel myself vs. having the installers do it and it was an easy process.
In terms of operation this model is noticeably quieter and the quality of the wash is also noticeably improved. There are several features that we really like including:
1. The third rack at the top is an excellent place for cleaning long thin items such as large utencils. It adds a lot of capacity without taking up much space.
2. The adjustable second rack is easy to move up and down making it easier to accomodate large items when necessary.
3. The red light that shines on the floor when the dishwasher is on is very convenient especially given how quiet the washer runs.
4. The CrystalDry feature does seem to reduce the amount of water left over on items after dryiing, especially on the sides/insides of plastic items. It's not 100% effective but it is a big improvement over the prior model.
5. The buttons appear improved vs. the prior model. On our old model the writing ont the raised buttons actually rubbed off over time, while these new buttons are flat and the writing is under a protective film so it shouldn't fade over time.

I would say that the only issue we have is that there is now both an on/off switch and start/stop switch and you have to remember to press both to start a run.
There were a couple screws missing from the installation package, but I sent a email to customer service and had some new screws shipped free of charge a few days later, so I give the customer service team high marks for correcting that issue so quickly.
Overall we are pleased with our purchase and consider it a big upgrade from our prior Bosch dishwasher. I would highly reccomend the upgrade.

Bosch Dishwasher Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Kenmore dishwasher with the Bosch. The Kenmore was quiet and did a very good job but we remodeled our kitchen and wanted a built-in that was flush with the cabinets.
The Bosch dishwasher has been excellent. We decided to see if we could get away with no rinsing: it works! The third level has been the biggest improvement over our previous dishwasher. Really like using that previously wasted space for flat items. Perfect.
Things I might change? The slanted times in the bottom rack reduce the flexibility a little of what can be put down there compared to straight ones. The silverware basket fits in a little sloppy and gets in the way of filling the bottom rack with two rows of dinner plates.
However, still very happy with this purchase.

Great Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher! It was initially tricky to figure out how to get it going but now it is all good. The dishwasher is quiet and does and excellent job cleaning and drying! Our glasses sparkle. We also love the third rack for small items and cooking utensils. One complaint is that the wine glass holder does not really hold the glasses.

WIsh I had my old Bosch back!

I bought a new Bosch dishwasher as part of a renovation of my home. I have always been a Bosch dishwasher loyalist but I must admit, the most recent dishwasher is a huge disappointment. It is hard to start a wash because the buttons are fidgety and you need to press four of them to start. Others have commented on the way dishes don't dry properly unless you put a separate product in each wash. In the first couple of weeks the spinner broke off at the bottom of the dishwasher and it was hard to figure out how to replace. And the dishes don't come out as clean as previous models. All in all, a disappointment.

Good dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing in its ability to clean!! It is super quiet too. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I don't love the control panel. It is never clear whether the start button is properly pushed until you close the machine and the light either blinks (and you have to open it and try again with pushing the start button) or the light shines a solid light and you are good to go.
