Started great, didn't last

I bought this for my son at Christmas. It worked well out of the box and the internal speaker sounded good. 3 weeks later the internal speaker and bluetooth stopped working and at full volume you couldn't hear anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Internal speakers are a whisper at full. For a second I actually thought the sound was coming from the needle and the record, neat trick. Hooked up Bluetooth speakers, same result. No volume. It was a gift and I feel awful about it because I just got around to opening. Hopefully Best Buy comes good on the return. That would make it even worse if they did not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The built in speakers could hardly be heard, so unless you plan on hooking up external speakers, stay away.

Amazing record player!

Purchased for my mother as she’s always wanted a record player. The sound is absolutely perfect!! Easy to use and great quality. Delivery was super quick too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
