It takes several hours to assemble. Most of the accessories ,actually almost all,already have batteries in them.
There are bags of “ pretend snow” that are included ( we thought they were packaging).

If used, it would be like several hundreds of styrofoam bits floating throughout your house for years to come. I threw them away.. although my clever/ detective type 5 year old figured it out and asked me where the “ snow “ was !? I pretended not to know!

Our daughter has wanted this for over a year, we finally splurged and bought it for her birthday. I understand now why she wanted it so badly. It is such a beautiful doll house. The colors are gorgeous, the accessories are adorable, it’s sturdy, and most importantly it’s fun to play with. The only complaint we have is the vast amount of batteries it uses, my little is not the best about remembering to turn them off so it does chew through some batteries.

The dollhouse arrived in a brown box labeled with the LOL logo. Fortunately, it wasn't a surprise for my girls. It took me about an hour and a half to put together. You have to look closely at the picture in the diagram to make sure you are connecting the pieces properly. All I needed was a screwdriver and some batteries. I was grateful that certain very small items had batteries already. I just needed some AA and AAA batteries. It was smaller than I expected for the price, but I have to admit it does look cool when my kids turn on all the dollhouse lights. My kids have been playing with it for 2 weeks now and they love it. They saved their allowance, birthday money, family donations, and Christmas money to buy this dollhouse. According to them it was worth every dime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The l.o.l surprise chalet winter disco comes with an amazing 95 pieces to unpack it stands a whooping 3 FT Tall. There are a total of six amazing rooms to play in including 360 play, not one, not two but three exclusive l.o.l suprise family Ice Ice BB, Ice Ice Boi Boi and Ice Ice Husky and a snow bus, a terrance, ice skating ring, pool, dance floor, a swimming pool, Hot tub, working ski lift, a stair case that becomes a water slide and a hot tub. And best of all an actual chimney that snows. I am so impressed with this new winter doll house, took me an 1hour to put everything together and inbox with my daughter. These is are first doll house and we couldn't have ask for anything better so many items included, so many hours of fun we will have enjoying the l.O.l suprise winter chalet.
