Poor Choice

This item is still brand new and my grandma gave it to me for a gift. I've had it for 6 months and now everytime we put a disc on and want to use the device. It doesn't play the discs even after we clean the discs off. It's either I want my money back or a new device be sent to my home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
