Great Gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this item as a gift. I needed a personal DVD player and saw this one came with bluetooth headphone. The DVD player itself works great but I'm disappointed in the headphones. The volume button doesn't work and they are too loud in my ears. They won't turn down. Also I put a brand new pair of batteries in the remote control and it doesn't work. But I would still recommend this product.
