Beautiful, but extremely noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last year, I purchased all new Bosch kitchen appliances, and have been pleased with each except for this last product. When the vent is on, I cannot hear anything unless up close to the speaker. I called Bosch and they sent a service person out who said the vent is meant to be this noisy. For a company that makes quiet appliances, I still think there is something wrong with my vent. If I keep it on the lowest of the three settings, the quiestest, the odors aren't necessarily vented out. On the highest setting, the sound is awful!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High Quality and High Tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hood is very well-built. The stainless steel is very high quality! I like being able to control it using the HomeConnect app. It has a very premium look. I was pleased to see that the lights are LED instead of halogen. I recommend this hood!

Nice Hood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like being able to vent my wall hood. The Bosch wall hood does a pretty nice job of venting the air outside when I am using my stove. I did have to have the HVAC guy put in make up air, as my hood blower is rated at 600 CFM. My only complaint about all vent hoods, is that they should cover more area. None of them seem to cover the front burners of the range, which is where I cook the most.
