Perfect vent and lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitchen has limited ventilation which convinced me to buy the better wall hood which works great. I wish this item had a lower and quieter level for very light cooking or for when the oven is being used. The lights could of been brighter

Ventilation hood. Lights barely light ip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks and power of the ventilation hood. The led lights are super dim. There doesn't seem to be any difference between the brightness when turned on or dimmed. Disappointed as it doesn't hardly illuminate the cooktop. Wondering if the unit is defective or if it's possible to replace led bulbs with brighter bulb.

Beautiful, but extremely noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last year, I purchased all new Bosch kitchen appliances, and have been pleased with each except for this last product. When the vent is on, I cannot hear anything unless up close to the speaker. I called Bosch and they sent a service person out who said the vent is meant to be this noisy. For a company that makes quiet appliances, I still think there is something wrong with my vent. If I keep it on the lowest of the three settings, the quiestest, the odors aren't necessarily vented out. On the highest setting, the sound is awful!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
