[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I baked my load of bread with this oven and I am impressed how even the bread cooks. The pizza came out nice too without over burned at the bottom. So far I have good hope with this oven.

Dangerous

Be aware when you open the oven at high temperature it will blast hot air to your face. If you are wearing glasses you most likely won’t see anything while trying to pull out the baking tray.
Also, the vent does not cool the oven completely when done baking. The oven keeps generating a huge amount of hit in the house.
Watch your children when using this oven so they will not walk by it.
The stainless steel top will burn your hands if you touch it after its done baking and the vent is off.
Not a safe oven to use. Need a recall ASAP

Best Oven to Date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is at least the 10th oven I've used in my life, and while I'm still learning all of its settings (lots of bells & whistles!) I can decidedly say it's the last one I plan on buying! I love the convection setting (there is nothing better than leg of lamb done in a convection oven). Three racks is something I can't imagine cooking without now. The controls are fairly intuitive. And we will get it and our network to be friends ;-).

Wonderful Convection Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I ordered this Bosch wall oven for our new home. I love to bake and have had great results already using the convection to bake bread, cakes, cookies, calzones, pizzas, and brownies. I especially like that it can differentiate between "Convect Bake" and "Convect Multi Rack." The Broil function also works great, as does Convect Roast. Fast Preheat is a plus but the regular preheat speed is much faster than my previous oven. Also, I love that I can remote start the oven in my app so it's preheated by the time I get home. And, the telescoping rack is awesome! We installed the steam oven above it. That's great too!

Lots of features to learn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just learning to use the features on this oven. I ave baked some cookies and covection baked chicken breats with the Thermometer probe feature. This far, I've that reccomended cooking times on the chart are too short. The finished beep is not very loud as in some other reviews. I like the pullout cassarole rack and the easy grip baking racks. the control panel is vry sensitive and if bumed against it senses the touch. Just hit cancel.
