Loving Our Oven

The oven is a pleasure to use. The cooking controls are easy to use and function as described in the owner's use manual. We really appreciate the convection cooking feature. Our only issue is the occurrences (three) of faults with unexplained error codes. Our contacts with the manufacturer each time lacked a defining explanation of the error codes causes and effects. I disconnected the electrical breaker the first time for lack of any other solution from the manufacturer. The subsequent two occurrences with different situations resulted in "you might try disconnecting the power". The disconnection of power seems to be the common solution. Our electrical system is well grounded and fairly recently installed (16 years).

Great oven poor controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love they way this oven cook but the controls must have been designed by a man who never cooks. Its really counter intuitive. I'm always searching for something that eludes me. Can be very frustrating. But i do love the soft touch door closure and how it bakes. Bosch you could have done better though.
