Best decision ever!

We had been exceptionally pleased with our Bosch dishwasher so decided after research to also purchase a Bosch wall oven. It has been a great pleasure to bake and roast with since it's recent installation. Our only regret was that we didn't purchase it sooner.

Looks good, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] why in the world does it take 45-55 min. to preheat to 425-450? It took a group message in my building for all of us to figure out that we were all experiencing the same problem. It was suggested by a resident that we preheat on convection and turn on the pre-heat booster. Also, do not like the fact that the microwave display does not match the same light intensity as the oven display when they're installed right next to each other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 800 Series 30” wall oven is an awesome oven! We are really enjoying the benefits of our convection oven. Our roasted vegetables are so much more evenly roasted than our former non-convection oven. Our cakes and cookies are delicious and evenly baked. One of the coolest features is the Bosch oven probe, which links up to the Bosch app via your Wi-Fi.
It quietly alerts, when your roast or chicken reaches the desired internal temperature. A very cool feature we have really enjoyed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived during our first week of quarantine - perfect timing to try out the features of this great oven! I've made cakes, a pie, pizza, and proofed dough to bake Easter pastries, besides typical dinner items using broiling, baking, and convection cooking. It has been so much fun learning to use the special features this oven offers. I'm glad to see that these aren't useless selling points - they really do facilitate better results. Love it!
