SERIOUS DESIGN FLAWS

This oven has flaws listed in other reviews but also beware: There are huge vent holes in the oven door that open to a space between the double panes of glass. If you mistakenly drip ANY THING in these gaps as you remove something from the oven, it WILL drip down and FOREVER LIVE BETWEEN THE GLASS. We have a brand new oven with permanent and VERY VISIBLE on the glass door that are competely unable to be cleaned away without dismantling the entire door "which is not recommended" according to the Bosch help line. TERRIBLE DESIGN FLAW!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We treated our new kitchen to this gem. Absolutely worth it! It's sleek, sexy and very efficient. It heats up fast...im in love.

Love the black stainless steel wall oven. Easy to use. Excellent baking results.
I wanted to know how to clean the inside so I called the customer service number and had long waits on the phone. I just wanted to know what I could use locally to clean my oven with. That information should be on the website. That was my only disappointment. Both agents told me 2 different things on 2 separate calls. Thus, I'm just using soap and water and a soft sponge.
