What a GREAT Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not know where to begin in letting people know what a great this oven is. It is set up on my cell phone that I can pre-set the oven to turn on before I get home from work. What a time saver. There are several options for cooking with this oven. Bake, Convection Bake, Roast, Convection Roast, Broil and Convection Broil. However, it also has Warming, Pizza, and Proofing. The pizza setting makes homeade pizza or frozen pizza perfectly. Never a raw crust in the middle. I also have used the warming when the dinner is done but the sides are not quite finished. It holds everything without overcooking. This oven also comes with a Probe feature. It automatically shuts off the oven when the food reached the temp you set. We wanted all our Bosch appliances to have that "Built in Look". We did add the Induction cook top. Looks great and they more than exceeded our expectations. Can't say enough about this oven. The only con is that the contractor had a problem with the measurement to install the oven in the cabinet. I guess the European measurements do not match up with the USA measurements. Our contractor was able to correct it. Because of all the features I did have to read the instruction booklet serveral times. Once you understand the features of the oven you will love it.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new oven after a 9 month wait. Its easy to use and heats up quickly. My only issue is it is installed below my range top. When I lean on the counter while cooking on the stove top, I keep turning the oven light on! A little frustrating but it's a result of where I had to install it.

Fabulous oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven! It cooks food perfectly, is so easy to understand and program. The bottom rack just glides out. I wish all the racks did but it doesn't take anything away from how fabulous it is. And it's so modern and beautiful to look at!

Pricey, but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, the Bosch 800 wall oven appears expensive for an appliance. The truth is that compared to other wall ovens on the market, the Bosch 800 series justifies the extra expense in exceptional build quality, high end features, and impeccable aesthetics. We purchased this unit to replace a 20+ year old Whirlpool Gold, and couldn't be happier. Our Thanksgiving turkey was perfectly cooked - no exaggeration - and the controls are intuitive. The oven is easy to use, looks fantastic in the kitchen, and has performed beyond expectations to date. The oven door even has a soft-close feature! Didn't know that when we purchased; just another reason to extoll the virtues of this unit.
The only complaint we have would be the volume of the chime (aka kitchen timer/beeper) - even on the highest setting the volume is too low to hear the beeping outside of the kitchen. If Bosch can fix this single issue, the appliance would be perfect.
