The proof button is the best, I use it very often. The features are excellent, plenty to choose from. I love everything about this oven. And the WIFI is a great plus.

Great, a little too technical

Pushing the buttons takes a little getting used to, you have to hold for one second longer than you think you should. It creates for a tech-forward experience with the buttons beeping every time that guests have trouble with. I'd prefer a more basic, physical experience.
