Great unit, made really well, extremely heavy to carry up the stairs. Works good right from the start, although I have a minor problem with the IFIT wireless network. I hope to get this resolved with tech support soon. Would definitely buy this elliptical again!

I love the ifit with the maps during a workout! It keeps it exciting. It gives me a tough workout each time. I am a strong athlete and it has plenty of resistance. I love the incline and love how it automatically changes incline and resistance during the workout as to give me a great tough workout each time. It seems very smooth and quiet and I love the fan also.

This is a great elliptical. It is solidly built, and is very stable upon the use. It is very quiet in the operation, has a very elegant design that fits well into the interior of the room. It took us (2 people) a significant effort to push the box (300 Lb) to the second floor. No particular complaints about that, though, since the weight of the elliptical is one of the primary factors that makes it stable upon the use. The only actual deficiency of this elliptical is a noisy incline monitor. It makes impossible using any of the pre-programmed workouts since the incline frequently changes as the computer program simulates the real incline of the trail. This is the only reason we do not use the pre-programed workouts. After manually selecting the incline level and starting the strides, the elliptical remains very smooth and very quiet during the operation The only thing that still puzzles me is observing an 8mm bolt being knocked off the machine in the first day of its use. It hit the metal shaft with a clank. Looked everywhere possible but did not find where the bolt came from.
