Great cooling ability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost 2 months ago. 2 of the hottest months I can remember. Over 90 degrees outside with high humidity. My living room was nice and comfortable. It works great. Electric bill was less than I expected. This unit replaced a slightly smaller Frigidaire unit I bought over 10 years ago. I stuck with the same brand because the last 2 gave me no trouble at all and worked for years. But this one it's great.

Fantastic equipment

Works OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this unit in a large living area hoping it would also cool two bedrooms down the hall. It works well cooling the immediate area where it is located, but it really doesn’t cool the more distant living space. The total space is less than the 1600 square feet that is claimed to be its capacity. So, it is helpful, but we still need multiple fans to help cool the entire living space.

Did not cool when brand new

Installed according to instructions and then just blew room temp air. Very frustrating after spending a decent amount of money.

it works great. but did not have everything in box i needed

did not ship the remote control or other parts.. can not call them and they answer emailed 7 times and not once have the emailed me back...
