Slow connections

I have the surfboards max 11000 for about 6 months and I am still experiencing slowness and drop connections. I have a 3 stories townhome and 30 devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy setup and no wifi dead spots in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install and got rid of dead spots in our 3 story home with the mesh. We mostly stream TV shows while using laptops for work/play and the surfboard mAX has made it so that we don't experience any lag even while simultaneously using multiple devices. The wifi range even outside of our brick home is superb!

Buggy Setup, Fast Speeds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have ATT fiber and the provided modems and extenders were not working well... tons of dropped signals and glitchy streaming. We decided to try mesh and it appears to solve our problems. The setup was easy but a little annoying at points. Nothing that troubling. Great speeds and no more drops/video glitches!

Amazing WiFi Coverage

Fast connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent wifi system for a small buisness or home with several devices that depend on wifi to function. Its pretty much a plug and play system, that only requires you to put the routers within the range and log into the system. We typically run 18-20 items at any given time and have not had a single issue.

Unmatched Speed and Coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for the fastest WiFi speed and coverage, this system can’t be beat. I work from home and speed is a huge component to my daily success at work. I’ve tried a few systems and this has given me the fastest results.
The other best perk to this system is the coverage area. With what would take other systems 3 units, you only need two with this one. I have a very large home and it covers all three floors and my outside deck/pool area making anywhere accessible to my network.
The set up was relatively easy. I thought I would call my tech friend to help, but I did not. I followed the instructions on the app and it did most of the work for me. I got it all set up with no outside help.
This system supports more devices that I could ever load on it and all controlled by the app and or Alexa. At any time you can see who’s on the network and how much bandwidth they are using.
Overall this has made a huge difference in my at home network and worked flawlessly with my own modem. Speed and coverage being the best benefits!

Dead zones are a thing of the past!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I am not the most tech savvy person and it took me a day to read through the set up and reconfigure my current WiFi situation. After setting up this new ARRIS system and downloading the app to my iPhone 11 my internet problems have disappeared! I don’t have the biggest home but it is split between 3 levels making it difficult to get great signal in certain parts of the house. I can now flawlessly connect my smart TVs and streaming devices with ZERO lagging. As a college student none of my phew freeze anymore and uploads are almost instant! I’m really, sincerely impressed by the power of this system. I am now in the process of changing my internet to the fastest speed to see what this system can really do! I am currently at 150 mbps because I used to never be able to get great WiFi at home and not I’m ready to drop some money on gig speed internet!!! Buy, buy, BUY!

Great for consistent WiFi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system was extremely easy to set up using the app. It only took about 5 minutes to set up. It was equally easy to set up the satellite.
Provides great coverage over our entire house, including the detached garage. The wireless device is also easily transitioned between the main device and satellite without dropping the connection.
