Loving this case so far. It's extremely easy to install which is nice, and I'm in love with the bright color I chose. Seriously, that's my favorite part. If I throw it in a pile of other phones, I can always find mine now. But other than looks, the hard shell with the rubbery lining has worked for me in the past as great protection. OtterBox has managed to make those two components into one piece now.

I bought this case almost a month ago and I'm so glad I did. I normally am not a fan of Otterboxes as I prefer a case with a grippier back. However, with my popsocket, it is great! And I love the yellow color. My one gripe is that it is hard to squeeze to access the Google Assistant but I'm not a user of that feature anyway.

This case fits great on my Pixel 3a and i haven't dropped it yet, it's got a good grip to it. Cut outs are all aligned right and easy access to my fingerprint sensor. Would recommend to any pixel owner, 100%

Around the charge point the case is very flimsy

Generally good but let down by the area around the charge point. On the top side it's very flimsy and weeks like it will break just taking it out my pocket.
Expected better from otter box

I was surprised by how lightweight the case is, yet it feels really strong and sturdy at the same time. It hardly adds any bulk to the Pixel 3a, as well.

seems like otterbox isn't what it used to be. the cases are still the same expensive price, yet the quality appears to be slipping. no screen protector and the case seems cheaper material.

This series is good for solid protection without the major bulk. I’ve had it on multiple iPhones and it’s served me through some serious abuse travelling. However this version on my new pixel 3a doesn’t feel as well made, as consequence of making it thinner as suggested on the box. The rubber around bottom of the phone around charging port and speakers is quite weak, with the front facing edge of the case pulling away from the phone/flexing easily as the rubber is so thin - I can see this coming away from the phone in a short time. This was in contrast to the iPhone 7 version which felt solidly enclosed around the devise all the way around. The rubber feels weaker around the rest of the edge of the screen but less likely to pull away practically compared to the bottom. Still a solid case overall but not quite the same otterbox quality I’ve know for many years of use on different phones/cases.

Typical great fit and function, but I’m finding the sides a bit slippery. I’ve dropped my 3a once, and of course the Otterbox protected it, but I’d prefer that the case be a bit more grippy on the lower sides.
