Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this range except for two thing: The timer sound is so soft that even standing by the stove with my hearing aids in, I can't hear it. Thank goodness for Alexa. And the configuration of the stove top grids is such that small pans tend to rock on it. I had to replace my saucier with the next size up to keep the pan stable while whisking sauces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elegant, solid, completely honest in its presentation--we chose our Bosch range over both more and less expensive brands. Bosch fits us perfectly. The controls are very secure (no wobble), the computer screen is the easiest of any to understand and use, and the overall experience is sheer pleasure.

After researching long and hard it became clear that the Bosch dual fuel slide-in-range was the choice for us. I it such a major improvement over the range we replaced. The difference was noticed right-a-way the first time I used my new Bosch. The fifth burner is a great bonus. And I love that the element is covered. No problems since installation. Highly recommend this range if you are searching for a replacement or a new applicance. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our benchmark dual fuel range for a couple years now and I am pleased with how it performs. I like the soft close oven door. I agree with another reviewer that the flame control isn't spectacular from high to medium but there is a lot of adjustability you just need to make finer adjustments. Convection oven works well and food cooks evenly. I'm not an avid baker however. I don't think it takes very long to preheat vs ovens I've used in the past and there is a fast preheat option that seems to speed it up. I've used the temp probe a couple times in conjunction with my Thermoworks probe and it works well although the probe itself is much larger. It does stick out from our wall about 1/2" but will look flush when I get around to tiling the backsplash. This is my first foray into cooking with gas and I like it much better than the electric stoves I've used in the past. Can't help but wonder If I would have liked the induction range more for cleanup but I'll have to wait for the next house to try that. Overall very happy and will be much happier if it avoids any issues for as long as we own the house.

Brand new stove: burner igniters do not work: one of them failed on the second use; the center one failed about a week later; then, later the same day, all of them failed. Bottom drawer pops out and does not stay in unless you get it jusssst right. Lighting the burners with matches works just fine - takes me back to the days of gas stoves from the 1950s - and the oven seems to work ok. I owned a Bosch stove for about 20 years (it had problems with the oven and broiler igniters - do we see a design flaw here?), and had been very happy with it. Alas, the old one was much better than this version. Very disappointing.

Has not been a good range.

We bought an earlier model of this range in 2015. It has been a big disappointment. The oven takes the longest time to preheat that it almost discourages baking in it. I also question the temperature reliability. The old recipes that I have used for years never seem to get done in the same time as in other ranges. The stainless steel drip pan is so pathtically cheap, it scratches each time I wipe it with a Dobie nylon pad. Unless these two items have been corrected on this new model, I would steer clear of buying this range.
