Works well and really quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not have bought this fancy of a unit but it was part of a package (I got a Bosch fridge and wall oven as well) but now I'm glad I have it. My old dishwasher was quiet enough but this is almost silent and I appreciate that more than I thought I would. I'm still getting used to the best way to arrange things but the capacity is very good. The machine gets things very clean and very dry and uses little detergent. Some of the fancy features are nice to have: the indicator light on the floor about where you are in the cycle, the third rack that's great for odd shaped things like serving utensils, the movable silverware baskets. A winner.

Best Dishwasher Never

Well, we hit it on the jackpot when we bought our Benchmark dishwasher. The options we have on our dishwasher blows our minds. Keep up the good workmanship of what Bosch's name means.

Quality throughout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With some minor exceptions this is the best in terms of sound deadening and cleaning. Concerns are not having it turn off when it is finished with a load. Also the plastic surrounding the controls is just like my old Bosch where our fingernails scratched the stainless painted plastic surrounding the controls. I could no longer purchase the replacement part so got this new machine. I fear the problem will be repeated with this new one.

Disappointed inn the construction of the item. Bottom drawer comes off the track and is aquward to get back on track. For as expensive as this product is, this is unacceptable. The rack configuration is confusing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
