The best dishwasher I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last 10 years I have had two Bosch dishwashers, both of which provided excellent service. This year I upgraded to the latest model, largely because I was revamping my kitchen and was intrigued by the advertised Crystal Lite setting. Like all its predecessors this dishwasher is whisper quiet, cleans amazingly well, offers the third level for spatulas and small objects etc., but what makes it unique is the fact that all my dishes, especially plastic containers come out completely dry with no water droplets left on them. Just for that I strongly recommend this dishwasher. Its the best I have seen so far from Bosch, and considering I had tried many other brands before settling on Bosch I would say its definitely worth the money. Sparkling, dry dishes from a super quiet dishwasher every single time. Who could ask for more?

Performs as expected and I was expecting a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking for a dishwasher, I was looking for one with built-in water softening. Our previous appliances became severely disabled because of mineral build-up. I visited an appliance shop near me and asked about this feature. "Bosch" was the reply. It had some worthy features worth consideration as well as some gimicky ones as well. I mean, who needs a WiFi connected dishwasher? More on that later.
Once we put the unit into use, I've been very happy with the performance. Every dish or item I put in it gets clean. The plastic dries and no deposits anywhere. No matter which rack I use, everything comes out perfect. The only problem we had was determining if the dishes were done or not. Some family members would open the door but not restart it. But because we have the hidden controls, we couldn't see the status; except for the red dot on the ground, which helps but still not understood by the family. But the App tells me that the dishwasher needs attention when I check status. That's how I know for certain. I also get alerted when the cycle is complete. That is another app feature that I appreciate. Not a big deal, but it is convenient.
We usually run automatic mode and we just load the dishes in a reasonable way. The app tells if you need to add salt to the softener or jetdry. The app will even keep track of the number of detergent tablets you have. I haven't implemented that yet, but only because I didn't initiate it when I opened the detergent package.
So with only one month of use, absolutely no complaints. In the time we've had it, other people have mentioned they have a Bosch Dishwasher and they love them. So I'm hoping for a continued excellent user experience.

Outstanding Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last Bosch dishwasher had to be replaced after many years of service so I decided on this "Benchmark" model and could not be more pleased! The unit is even quieter than the last Bosch and the dishes including plastic ware dry extremely well. I have found that our glassware which used to come out cloudy over the years now sparkles and is as clear as ever. The water softener feature helps with the cleaning to the point where pots and pans that I would've been happy with getting 80% clean, come out almost like new. The only issue I have is the dish rack loading directions make it a challenge sometimes to get large casserole dishes to fit alongside dishware etc. but all told it cleans like a PRO!

Everything a Dishwasher Should Be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When shopping for a Dishwasher we wanted the quietest one we could find, followed by top of the line features. In a pandemic, it was hard to find, as mostly middle of the road dishwashers were getting produced. We first bought a Miele top of the line dishwasher because it was supposed to be everything anyone wanted... but after 6 months of non-stop repairs and the loudest 38db machine you've ever heard, we gave up on it and found this Bosch... the dishwasher we wanted in the first place. It's so quiet. And if you haven't experienced a lit interior, trust me, it's worth it. The bottom two racks are roomy for most things, though we wish it had a bottle holder like some other high or even middle-of-the-road dishwashers. The top rack on the upgraded Bosch dishwashers we actually feel is inferior to the cutlery rack provided in the 500 series. We bought that rack for $50 from Bosch, and while it's good, other brands do have Bosch beat. The Zeolite drying is decent, but not as good as advertised, however, still better than most. The Miele did dry better with the auto-opening door. But if you load your dishes properly, they will be mostly dry, even the plastics. At the end of the day, quiet and clean is the name of the game and Bosch is definitely the best in both of those areas. So if you're looking at $3,000 dishwashers, save yourself the hassle and get a Bosch Benchmark. You'll love the lights, roominess, cleanliness and the lack of noise!

Silent Warrior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a new Bosch dishwasher to replace our old one which lasted 18 years. Our new dishwasher is literally silent and has a number of new features. One we really like is called "Crystal Dry" which uses a volanic element called zeolite to generate extra heat. It really makes a difference with drying plastic items and the element never needs to be replaced. There's plenty of room and the movable racks (up and down) come in handy when extra space is needed. Overall, this is a great product with loads of features that will keep your dishes and glasses sparkling clean. My wife and I expect to get many years of trouble free use with this dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!
