Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model cleans and dries everything very thoroughly. The crystal dry feature works very well even on plastic items, and the flexible wash modes and sanitize/dry features allow us to customize for the wash requirements and the time available. The pump used in this unit is quite strong, and I've had no back-up/discharges issues. The adjustable middle rack and the top rack accomodate tall items, cooking utensils and shallow bowls/containers very well. This model was more than worth the price.

New Dishwasher after 17 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks good installed, the dishes are coming out clean 99% of the time. There are some baked on foods that even BOSCH can't conquer. The interior light is a nice addition especially for my 93 yo mom when looking for a clean item she needs or while she is unloading. Always a little nervous about being on the front end of inovatiin but the new heat drying technology so far works great. I really like the three rack adjustable system that allows for lots of creative options when loading the dishwasher. The upgraded slides feel smooth and sturdy. A fun feature is the WiFi connection to a phone app that counts down the washes and will automatically re-order the "finish" tabs at a preset remaining number of tabs that you choose. I also let my 93 yo mom hit the remote start feature with the app and she enjoys/smiles at that considering she had a path to an outhouse when she was a young girl in Wyoming. It is super quiet, most of the time I need to put my ear right up against the door to know that it is operating. If there are any downsides it would be there are three slight marks developing on the door panel where the lowest rack must be touching during wash cycles and on occasion it didn't smell as fresh inside the stainless steel tub as it should have, we don't tend to put heavy duty dirty dishes in without some rinsing even though they say you can. So the jury is out on the odor issue and it may be an installation problem that will need to be checked since the screen is perfectly clean.
Overall would highly recommend (assuming the odor issue is an anomaly or fixable).

Smelly dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed how clean & dry the dishes were, however after having the dishwasher for a couple of weeks, I started smelling a foul smell coming from the dishwasher. Prior to buying this dishwasher, I had a kenmore, which had an element that did'nt smell. This dishwasher leaves water inside the hole of the filter, and now I have to leave this expensive dishwasher door cracked open, in order for it not to smell. Quite an eyesoar in my kitchen.

Wow! Just WOW! Amazing dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent dishwasher especially with the water softener! I am amazed at how much cleaner my dishes are! I honestly have been through 2 dishwashers in the past 8 years and none of them hold a candle to my Bosch Benchmark! It fits a ton of dishes as well as long as you Load them appropriately according to the diagram included. Best purchase we have made! Thank you Bosch for making my life much more simplified for not having to rewash dishes when they come out of a cycle!

Get the extended Warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my dishwasher in July of 2020 and it is already in need of service ... not even a two year old product! I've never had a dishwasher break in short under two years old. Purchase the extended warranty!

Great dishwasher

This one has the advantage of a third rack on the top for shorter items such as spatulas. Can be removed if you find that you consistently have taller items for the middle rack. Purchased two years ago with no problems

AWESOME dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most awesome dishwasher that I have ever owned! It replaced some other brand that cost almost as much and only lasted 4 years. This dishwasher is so quite that I have to touch it to see if it is running. Dishes come out clean every time and o even get an alert on my phone when the cycle has finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!
