An Absolute Miracle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had done a lot of research on stainless steel dishwashers before purchasing our new Bosch with Crystal Dry. After years of having to dry our clean dishes and silverware in our old SS dishwasher, we were determined to find a machine that resulted in totally cleaned and dryed dishes. Looking on European sites, we discovered the magic of Zeolite, vulcanic absorbtion crystals that absorb the excess moisture after a completed cycle. We saw that it had been used for years in Bosch DWs in Europe and that the Thermador brand here in the US also used it. When we found out that Bosch US was planning to introduce this feature here, we were excited. Even though our old DW was failing, we waited. It was well worth it: we are definitely in love. Also, there is another great feature, the My Way rack. It allows us to put small trays, large utensils and small bowls in this top third rack, thus uncluttering the other two racks. What can we say: We couldn't do without it - a definite buy!

excellent machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electronics on our old dishwaser died (10yrs old), so it was time to move up to a Bosch. We are very happy we chose this model.
It does a superb job of cleaning, and is unbelievably quiet. So quiet that we have to train ourselves to look down to see the lit countdown displayed on the floor below the machine.
There is ample room for lots of dishes, and the wine glass rack is properly sized to hold a full sized wine glass, which is not true for many machines.
The cultlery rack holds many, many utensils, and the third rack on the top is awesome for larger utensils like flippers and tongs.
All and all a superior machine.

Overall very happy

This is a great washer. It is quiet and washed the dishes well. Most often the dishes are dry when removed even soon after the cycle has ended. The configuration of the trays is efficient.
The only problem I've seen is top, third, tray. It creates bunched up space I have the middle rack in the 2nd position and the back of the top rack makes it so I cannot put two stacked of small glasses on the 2nd row. If I move the second row down to accommodate, the spray arms hit the top of my plates (which are not oversized). It's a minor hassle and I just put smaller glass containers on the back half of the stacked glass holder.

Best Dishwasher I've Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. It looks beautiful and functions just as beautifully. I love that it projects the time remaining and also what stage of the wash cycle it's in onto the floor. Most other top control dishwashers don't allow you to see the time reamaining without opening the door. The Crystal Dry option is also great- it gets most everything completley dry- even plastic items. There's only small puddles with items that have large divits on the top which is to be expected with any dishwasher. It's also super quiet- when it's running, you can barely hear it. The only time it's audible is when it's draining, which is a tad on the loud side, but is probably because we have a stainless steel sink so the noise echoes up the drain and into the sink basin.

Super quiet, super clean
