Love this fridge. Didn’t know much about the brand, but the Kitchenaid fridge we ordered arrived with a defect & a replacement wasn’t available due to pandemic/supply chain issues. ssles shent suggested this one, as it met our dimension requirements. The superior quality was immediately evident compared to the kitchenaid. This also had more capacity, particularly freezer portion. It’s quiet, efficient & just all around more solid. We needed a new gas cooktop a few months later, but couldn’t get the fisher paykel anywhere (supply chain issues again). We were so sad but couldn’t wait, so got a Bosch. It’s ok, but I bet not as good as the FP. would totally buy the brand again.

We are loving our new refrigerator! The lighting is great, it's simple and organized inside and very easy to clean. The quality is lovely. The style is beautiful. Just a couple of notes as far as fit - although this was my first choice when looking around online I took it off my list because it seemed it would not fit in our opening. However when I measured in person, the doors (which are outside of the inset) are a bit higher than the hinges so it fit perfectly. Also, I have cabinet on both sides. The doors on many refrigerators open to the outside so that the door thickness will hit the cabinets if opened more than 90 degrees. These hinges are different, the doors open out and inside so that they do not hit the cabinets on the side. Be sure to take a look at this one!

Fabulous for luke warm beverages!

Bought an ACTIVESMART F&P refrigerator with internal ice maker about 3 years ago. It stopped making ice regularly less than six months later. Always a treat when 8 cubes appear after my husband takes my hair dryer to the kitchen for the latest "Let's try to make ice endeavor." Occasionally I believe F&P makes ice cubes that immediately freeze together - just to mess with my head. Always fun/frightening to go Psycho butcher knife or Basic Instinct when guests ask for a gin & tonic or wine spritzer. Hubby then suggested we put less food in freezer. Several days later, I suggested that a single box of frozen corndogs could be keep in a college dorm refrigerator and I would gladly store corndogs and my hair dryer in his shower where he can keep a mini fridge. Will likely gift as a garage fridge to someone who hates ice and/or has cold tooth sensitivity.

Love the appliance-can’t hang the panels

I’ve been using this refrigerator for more than a year now. It was purchased before covid and placed in our new home which we are building ourselves. When covid hit, we all but stopped the project. We love the appliance, but have a big problem! We cannot locate the door hanging kit for the panels. We have nice new panels waiting to be hung. If anyone knows where we can find replacements for the door hanging hardware, it would be much appreciated.

It's a good refrigerator. The only issue I have is that it's too easy for one's fingerprints to mar the double doors. With the last Fisher Paykel we owned, this wasn't a problem, so I'm wondering if they changed the door finish.
