Mediocre performance

It is not the savior I wanted. It "seems to reduce the swarms a little in our backyard but it still is a trial to pass through there when I'm getting my dogs ready for their walks. Still have to spray on repellent if I plan on doing more than just passing through to the gate.

I was excited to try this out since mosquitoes loves me & willing pay for this product! Unfortunately, as you can see picture of my leg it did not work. I had bites all over, added sample picture of my leg!

Not working

I recently purchased the high hopes of not being bitten by mosquitoes as we enjoyed outdoor fireworks. The device did not work. The orange light barely seen. I had to pick it up and look closely at the hole for the light. Unscrewed the fuel sensor and put back in - still didn’t help, After 4 hours the blue May had only 2 small areas of white patches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t repel mosquitos

I have used this for the last 3 summers, hoping that it would work. I still have to fight off mosquitos.

Very Dissatisfied!!

I bought two of these Thermacell units for a small covered but open deck. I was expecting great results, especially with 2 of these and the deck not being very big!! However, I wasted a lot of money on these products and extra refills for them as well. I do not think they provided any protection, sadly. We had to go inside not long after going out there and my young son who’s bug bites swell up majorly got so many mosquito bites!!! Tried them again several times, 12 hour fuel burnt up after less than 5-6 hours!!! Wish I would’ve bought something else!!

Works great

I bought this after reading the reviews...but I was definitely skeptical!! I have been using it every evening in my yard and the only mosquito bites I have gotten are when I don't have my Thermocell on!! Love it!

Expensive refills.

We bought this for our porch/patio. It works very well. Buuut, we run out of fuel well before the pads. You need to buy these parts/supplies separately. Ideally, the fuel cell should be refillable.
