The ad says when you purchase the max it lasts 14 hrs that is hardly true! It maybe lasts 4. Don’t waste money on the extras just regular replacements! Other than that it works well!!!

The mosquitoes were landing on the thermacell as it was on!

Sorry that your Thermacell repeller is not working. Have you checked to see if your device is heating or if the mat needs to be replaced? Mats should have a bit of blue color left/ A good indicator that your device is on and heating up is seeing the orange glow in the view window that can be found at the top of your repeller. If you are still having trouble, contact us directly and we will help you out.
