The two “pads” I have used so far are not lasting 4 hours. They are turning white in less than two hours. I thought I ready they should last 4 hours. Maybe I got duds. I don’t know. The first one I used worked great.

We love our Thermacell and buy the multiple refill packs. They work like a charm and the 120 hours are enough to last us all summer and into the early fall. They work not only to keep mosquitoes away, but also the black flies or stable flies that plague us along the Lake Superior shoreline. We take a lantern out in the boat and it works great there too.
