Huge upgrade from my previous setup

This system provides so much better coverage than my previous mesh network. We have a smart camera on the patio which is a decent distance for the router and this one performs significantly better. The camera has no issue staying online anymore. What's the point in having a smart home if it has problems connecting all the time?

Difficult to set up, but works great!

The setup is somewhat difficult, at least for me, but once it is running it works very well. Covers my whole house and the surrounding area with superb signal and no dead spots. I have a three level home on the side of a mountain and the WiFi is perfect for wherever I go on my property. I am very satisfied with the equipment.

Powerful Coverage - Easy Set-up

The Orbi AC3000 is a powerful mesh network which offers solid coverage and super-easy set-up. I had the units out of the box and running (with full house coverage 3,500 sq ft) in under 15 minutes. The satellites found and synced with the router without a hitch ... and my wifi coverage and speed has never been better! Love it!

Simplicity, Fast & Great Coverage

Orbi is a winner. Single Network ID throughout the home. Orbi will determine the fastest connection speed for each device. Interface is simple. Coverage is great. Firmware update is simple and propagates automatically. Comes with parental controls which can be enable or disabled. Has worked without a hitch for 2 weeks now.

Works exactly as advertised

Live in a medium - large house that has the added challenge of plaster over metal wire mesh in all the interior walls. That caused endless issues with other wireless routers and range extenders. Orbi has worked from the first day it was set up with a near flawless consistency (and those off drops are more than likely our ISP).

I have internet!!!

I have been struggling with the internet constantly dropping and freezing and my streaming rebuffing. I used extenders to get my internet on the second floor but with little to no success. Once I chose to use the Orbi I have had not one single problem with connections and signals. They only downside is the size of the units.

You Get What You Pay For

I have a lot of Wi-Fi devices in my home. Whether it's iPhones, iPads, smart thermostats, smoke detectors, plugs, TV's.... you name it, but the Orbi handles them with ease. Living in an older, larger home I had some dead zones. Ever since upgrading to this system my problems have gone away. Very happy with this purchase!

Finally, fully covered!

Despite the small (110 sq ft) home size, we've always had difficulty getting internet coverage, even with a range extender. But with Orbi, a quick (10 min.) setup and one satellite later we were fully covered and have remained connected all over our house and into the garage as well. We are so pleased! Thanks Netgear for Orbi!
