I have had the Orbi system for almost 3 months.
It is truly awesome as a whole house router. No dead spots and full bars everywhere including the garage.

I actually tried several products in this category including Linksys, Google, but none gave the same performance as the netgear Orbi.

It Actually Works

I have had dead spots throughout my house for years and I have tried extenders, repeaters and nothing seemed to do a good job until I purchased the ORBI system. I was really skeptical in light of the high price but thought I can always take it back to Costco. No more dead spots in my large house and outdoor areas.

Excellent router

I have a tall 3 story townhome with no way to get cable wifi access to lower floor and my TV room. Tried all kinds of wifi extensions but nothing carried the wifi signal sufficient for streaming 100% of the time. With my new netgear mesh system I'm perfectly happy. My Netflix and Amazon videos are perfect. Thanks

Bought the NETGEAR Orbi High-Performance AC3000 Tri-Band WiFi System (RBK50) to replace 2 Asus routers, because I was having drops and most of the time had to keep rebooting. Since I have this system everything been good. No more drops and I have real good speed in all my house. So far I love this Netgear system.

Orbi is a revelation!

As someone who has used a number of good (and bad) WiFi routers since the technology was introduced, the Orbi has been a revelation. Not only do I get every last bit of bandwidth that I pay my cable company for, but I get a consistent signal throughout our house and in our front and back yard. Keep it up, Netgear!

Nice system

Added this system to our house that had great WIFI signal near the router and okay signal elsewhere in the house. After installing, we now have great WIFI signal all throughout the house, outside, and can even get a good signal out at the garage which is a good 50 ft from the house. Definitely a nice improvement.

A while back I installed the Luma mesh system. At first I really liked it because it got rid of the dead spots. Later I realized poor performance with the satellites. So I resurched the top mesh setups and went for the Orbi AC3000. Setup was easy and the preference is great. Since then I am 110 percent satisfied.

Whole House Now WiFi'd!

Switching from 1 of baby bell's outdated router/modem. Now the entire house has 5 bars on all devices. Before I could get (- - -) wireless premium TV between 0200-0600, when baby bell wasn't throttling down my speed. Now it's 24/7.
Also don't have to restart a disconnected modem/router twice a day.
