Orbi Reset

Recently, I purchased an Orbi Router with 1 Satellite Extender and set it up and installation was flawless. About a week later I had no internet service. Contacted my internet provider and found the internet signal was established and ran a series of tests to find there was a signal going into the Orbi but no signal coming out of the Orbi wireless. Had only the hardwire signal from the router to the computer but no wireless signal to any of my other devices. 2 phones, 2 Firesticks, I-pad nor Amazon Fire tablet. Performed hard reset and reinstalled the Orbi software on my cell phone to get things up and running again. I have Kapersky for Android and Netgear Armor is trying to take over residency. I have yet to install the Netgear Armor to give it control with the Orbi system. Is this why the system crashed after a week? Pls help. Nonetheless my Orbi system us back up and running,, just not sure for how long til the next time the internet wireless signal fails again. Pls advise.. Thank you Richard.

Wonderful investment

Our connection is solid and strong throughout our home and even into part of our back yard thanks to our Orbi router. It was easy to set up and the controls granted to the owner are great if you want to regulate your private network.
