No hassle amazing coverage in my house!

I've had problems with wireless downstairs in my home. I have ~10-15 devices running at a time and needed a robust system. Running a cable from upstairs to downstairs looked ugly. I've been using Orbi for well over a year and I absolutely LOVE it. Lightning fast speeds upstairs and downstairs for multiple streams (Roku, Chromecast, internet enabled TV), gaming on consoles, and my most important PC gaming! I've convinced friends to buy this and even given it as a christmas gift. Everyone loves the Orbi mesh network from casual social media browsers to hardcore low lag gamers.

Finally, a home wireless system that works!

It seems that every 2 years I buy a new router/WAP, trying to get something that covers our whole 2200 SF house. We recently had an Exchange Student move in, and her room is the farthest away from our old WAP. I did research, bought a NetGear Orbi, and it's been wonderful - unicorns and rainbows. :-) Very happy with this purchase. I haven't turned on parental controls yet. I need to and will soon. But basic functionality is great. Our smart TV no longer has huge pauses when trying to get to Netflix; I can watch on my phone while having breakfast without issues. It's nice.

Easy setup & seamless operation

I bought this for my two-story home. While my house is not especially large (2900 sqft), I was having difficulty getting signal to all locations (such as the basement and parts of the second floor).
Setup with this was a breeze once I managed to get my cable modem itself working (not the fault of the Orbi). Once the satellites were in place and synced, everything "just worked"; I have great coverage all over my house and can move seamlessly between station to station.
Configuration and setup are reasonably painless while affording the decent levels of advanced customization.

Awesome product - really works

Have 250Mbps service and a cable modem / router from Xfinity that is on one end of our home. Tried XFi Pods and they kept disconnecting randomly, effectively bringing down my wireless network. In a fit of desperation I bought these and am so glad I did. Placed Orbi's transmitter near the cable modem / router and satellite at the opposite corner of our 3,000 sq ft home. We're getting about 140Mbps in the center of our home and the full 250Mbps around either Orbi side of our home. About 100 ft from our Orbi's outside we are getting around 40Mbps. Couldn't be more pleased.

Internet speed upgrade not needed now

We have been thrilled with our Orbi router so far. We were thinking that we needed to upgrade our internet modem for faster service, but after replacing our old Apple router with this new Orbi, our speeds and throughput have increased so much, that we no longer are feeling the need to upgrade our cable internet service. We have full coverage over our 5500 sq ft home and it all seems very fast. We have a very old home with super thick walls, and yet it seems to work just fine. The app and setup is a bit wonky to figure out, but once everything is up and running, it's a breeze.

Excellent whole home coverage

We have a decent-sized home on two levels, about 2800 square feet. Our old router couldn't cover the whole thing reliably, even from the center of the house, and was also having trouble juggling the 25+ devices we had connected at any given time as we starting adding to our collection of "smart home" connected gadgets! The Orbi system took just a few minutes to set up, and other than some confusing setup instructions for the Disney Circle product, it was a breeze! Our 125 Mbps fiber service comes through at a FULL 125 Mbps in most parts of the house now, wireless, which is amazing!

Orbi works great!

We installed the Orbi High-Performance AC3000 Tri-Band WiFi System (RBK50) last week, and so far it has been awesome! We live in a tri story house, and it was a challenge to get a system set up that would work for our various bedrooms and outdoor spaces. We also have a lot of people on the network, and I'm able to easily track how many users are on the wifi through the ap on my phone, and also do regular speed tests. With our old router, we were always getting inconsistant speed tests. Which this router and satellite system, we are always getting speeds HIGHER than what we pay for.

FINALLY!! Full house rock-solid wi-fi!!!

Our trig-level townhouse is a structural nightmare for wi-fi transmission: paver tiles with thin-set concrete between each of the half-level floors, no clear line-of-sight, tons of neighboring interference. Tried to get a pod-based mesh system to work for months but no luck. Picked up an Orbi base and satellite, installed it in 30 minutes and voila! Amazingly awesome, high-speed 60mbps up and down wi-fi everywhere in this entire place. All the AirPlay devices work. Streaming, AppleTV, everything just works. No hiccups. No forgetfulness. No lost connections. IT. JUST. WORKS. Finally.
