Works as advertised

Installed in a 3200 sf home with the router in one corner of the house and one of the satellites as far as 30' away and there are no performance or connection issue. The WiFi is as powerful as the wired connections throughout the house and up to 200 kbs. I can't compare with other mesh systems but am happy to drop my previous router and range extender. The installation went well but had to figure out a few things by myself. The app did not work for my installation so I had to do it with wired windows desktop.

Easy to setup and use

I was interested in obtaining a whole house wifi system that required minimal setup and kept a reliable connection while moving throughout the house. This NETGEAR Orbi High Performance does just that. It took me less than 15 minutes to go through the setup. I even had great success of using the ethernet ports on the satellites so no need to create additional ethernet ports in the house for those non-WiFi devices. I would recommend this product for those who want something to do what it says right out of the box.

A Good Choice for a Large Home

It's pretty early for a final review, but experience thus far is up to my expectations. I chose the larger Orbi due to the distances in my home. Set up was pretty easy. I still have a bit of trouble getting the middle satellite up to full power due to the longer distance from the main unit, however, I do get full speed on my speedtest on this satellite. Hoping for a firmware upgrade that provides more functionality for the USB ports. Overall, this is a much better solution than multiple routers or extenders.

Back channel key to throughput

It just works and works screaming fast. The thing has more antennas than a cop car with dedicated back channel equipment to get your content out and suck in as much data as necessary. I love the app that keeps me apprised of what's going on and keeps itself updated with the latest speed updates and security measures. Orbi has warned me more than a few times that I was about to get scammed or spoofed. With netgear running the show I can just click ok and go on with my day. Thanks for the speed and peace of mind.

This product is great!

I was in a position where I needed to upgrade my home wifi network and went with this product. Setup was super easy, especially with the satellite device. Nice to see all the devices talking to my network with the app and while I haven't explore the full extent of the Circle integration yet, so far, I am pleased with the integration points. Where I was noticing drops in my wifi coverage or at times, my devices would stop responding and then recover, I haven't experienced it once since putting this in. Love it.

Most amazing router I have ever owned

I upgraded from an older N600 Netgear router and wow. This mage a HUGE difference. I love that it automatically assigns my devices a channel fit for the device. I used to have a lot of issues with wireless in my house, but not anymore. I really wanted to give this 4 or 4.5 stars out of 5 only because the instructions that came with it force you to use an app on your phone, but if you are crafty enough, you can configure it from your computer. Other than that, have really enjoyed having this router. Great purchase.

Surprising performance

I did a lot of research when I found out we would be purchasing a larger house since I was worried about how far my router would reach without loss. I went back and forth between this and linksys and I'm very gald that I chose this product. I play PC games and console games with no lag(yes, I play wirelessly) all while streaming Netflix or YouTube. Very pleased with this product. Have and will continue to recommend this product to anyone looking for a home network solution that allows for flexibility and mobility!

NETGEAR ORBI AC3000

Have tried the ORBI AC3000-RBK50 tri-band wifi mesh system and in an very very happy and satisfied - actually just convinced my cousin to get the same system for his 3 level house and we just set it up last night as well- he's very happy now just as I am -
Very easy to setup and install and the mobile apps are a breeze to use and I love how the system auto-detects the correct band (2.4GHZ-5.0GHZ) automatically and that you don't have to have to choose which one to use..
Great WIFI system very happy
