Perfect for our spread out home

We have a home that has many remote areas from any central wireless router and the Orbi fixed everything. I tried access points and AC adapters and was never happy with speed or coverage. The AC adapters cut the speed down and access points required re-establishing connection for each device.
With the Orbi we have great speed everywhere and transparent connections. The next on the list will be an Orbi unit for outdoors to extend wifi to shop/barn/stable area. Install was way easier that I expected.

Excellent product

This was easy to setup. I now have continuous wifi connection throughout my house and extends to our front/backyard with no difficulty. I love the guest wifi connection. I have yet to test the parental controls as we do have a young one. Overall I am VERY pleased with this and so very glad I bought this and threw out our extender! I can work from home much easier when needed and don't have to switch connections constantly! Thank you!!! I hope you incorporate a hub into your software in the future.

Best Wifi I've Ever Used

I've been exploring what to replace my discontinued Apple Airport with, and considered several different mesh systems before settling on Orbi. I'm glad I did, it's the best wifi system I've ever used.
My only issue is with the app. On the iPad it can't be used in landscape orientation, and the features accessible in it are limited. Thanfully the web UI is full-featured and well-designed!
Ever since I migrated to Orbi, all my wifi issues have vanished. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Easy, fast, great coverage

I installed the RBR50 router with 3 satellites in our 4500 sq foot home and our WiFi is fast and no dead spots anymore upstairs or downstairs. We have 15-20+ devices connected at any one time so this system works better than any I have found. We also upload a lot of video/audio data from a podcast studio in our home, so we installed one of the satellites in the studio which saves us a lot of time. The Orbi app is outstanding and allows me to control the system exactly how I want it. Great job NETGEAR!

Outstanding WIFI Mesh Product

I have used this product for well over a year and believe it to be one of the best WIFI mesh products available today. I live in a 3,000+ square foot residence with three floors. Utilizing the Orbi Base and two Satellite units, I have complete WIFI coverage throughout the residence for 50+ devices, all operating at their maximum speeds. The backhaul technology and ability to have several wired connections on the Base and Satellites has been extremely beneficial. This is truly an outstanding product.

Orbi working on 2 floors

I have att internet 100mb on the first floor with the Orbi router and the orbi satellite on the 2nd. Didn't know if the connection between the router and the satellite would be strong for the wired connections on the 2nd floor. My concerns were put at ease right away. After 2 days of playing online games and streaming on 3 computers the connection was excellent and didnt notice any significant slowness. Great investment to have and I recommend to anyone who want a strong connection throughout the house.

I bought this system because we have a guest house and the total desired coverage we needed was about 5000-5500sqft. We tried routers with extenders but the connection was terrible and slow. We could not hard wire due to unwillingness of drilling. We opted for the NETGEAR ORBI and have been pleasantly surprised. It does as advertised, ensuring WIFI coverage for 7500sqft as well as the additional ethernet ports which allow for hard wire connection when necessary. We are more than pleased with the product

Bought Orbi after trying and failing multiple time with cheaper options this is the only way to increase your WiFi wirelessly. My ring camera's still don't have an 'excellent' signal even with the satellite being about 12 feet away from one of the cameras so I am starting to believe Ring likes to blame your network but I believe there is an underlying issue with the spotlight cameras ability to connect strongly to any network. Impressive range easy install with fios I am happy I spent the money
