Orbi WiFi fast and easy

Grew tired of WiFi 'up and down', rebooting modem, router AND WiFi extender, constantly having to select back and forth between 2.4 and 5 ghz version for decent access. Installed Orbi in minutes and now REALLY enjoying the hi speed cable I've been paying for all these years! Speed test is off the charts! Inastalled 3 week's ago, haven't rebooted once! Main unit installed downstairs, satellite unit upstairs where 90% of use occurs. Very satisfied!

Maximum connections

The old router, extended WiFi, and several WiFi extended outlet plugs were causing network disconnection, low signals, etc. After replacing them with NETGEAR Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System (RBK50), I getting the maximum uploadand download network, no disconnection, and most of all full range around the house. No more extension WiFi and wall plugs. Orbi really coverage the dead zone area. I am glad that I purchased the NETGEAR Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System (RBK50).

So far so great

Set up took about 30 min from unwrap to getting on the internet. The app is easy to use, but is limited to certain functions and only works when your phone is connected to the Orbi network. I replaced a 3 year old Asus router to gain more coverage in and around my house. Not only is coverage massively expanded but the speed is also impressive.
The added bonus is the Circle integration to allow for management of children's devices while on the network.

Best WiFi System!

Orbi truly is the best WiFi system out there. I live in a 2-story townhome and my 2 previous WiFi systems did a terrible job - weak signals, constant buffering, etc. I set up my Orbi system with the satellite pods and I can easily stream movies and video easily with little to no buffering time, print to my wireless printer from either floor, easily connect all my devices, etc.
Orbi is absolutely one of my best purchases. I highly recommend this system.

Orbi RBK52W-100NAS Wifi system.

Have had the RBR50 and two wall outlet plug in satellites for a week now. Very easy setup with the app. Have great coverage everywhere in the house and the outside perimeter. I wanted this to be able to have wireless cameras work without issue. This is definitely better than my D-Link AC3200 unit and repeater I had before. The units easily updated their firmware over wifi was well. The wired devices off of the main router work faster as well. Great product!

Great Product

Purchased for a 4500 sq ft home. Best WiFi system we have ever had. I cant ever remember it going down. We run 4 tvs' in our house nearly 10 hours a day and all of our video is from a streaming provider, we do not have to wait for buffering. Last I looked we had 18 devices linked to the WiFi. Seems I have to look in order to tell how many devices are connected, which means servicing those devices has not been a problem. Again, very pleased withthis product.

Simple and Powerful

I replaced an outdated Apple wifi network with an Orbi RBK50. Configuring the Orbi network was incredibly simple. I used the QR code to access the Orbi app and then followed the directions to enable the Orbi router and satellite. I connected the router to my new FIOS Quantum router and then disabled the Quantum's wifi. I now have wifi speeds averaging 300 Mbps which is what I expected. And I have full coverage throughout my 3 story house. Simple and powerful!

Pleasantly Surprised

I recently bought the Orbi RBK50 and was suspicious of the claims for a great wireless mesh system. I was pleasantly surprised that, once it was set up, it has been error free and has worked wonderfully! Even with a mildly complicated home network set-up with switches and multiple connections - everything flowed through and has been working seamlessly. I will definitely recommend it for future purchases, and thinking of buying one for my parents home as well!
