Excellent Home Office Choice!

With more and more demand for online services and streaming, the need for a solid-performing home network increases, especially if you also operate a home-based business. The Orbi system works like a champ! I have coverage in every room. High usage has not caused any noticeable downgrade in computer performance or connectivity. The stability of the signal is fantastic and I have had no loss of signal in this, my first week, of usage. Love this system!

Great WiFi through out my home

We have lived in our home for 8 years now. When we are in the master bedroom the WiFi from the Vyve router was not able to give us coverage to allow the Ruku to stream movies. After hanging the RuKu out the bedroom door on a hook to get service from the router I made the decision to fix the problem. After purchasing the NETGEAR Orbi Home Mesh WiFi System (RBK50) and a 10-minute setup, problem fixed. I should have done this a long time ago. Thanks, Netgear!

Fast where I needed it.

Purchased this system on a recommendation from a friend to help solve the problem of signal loss in my basement where my PS4 was suffering horribly slow download times and unable to stream over PSNow. Now with one satellite on second floor, one on main floor for Apple TV, and one in basement for PS4 and other streaming devices my house is totally covered, and if online speed tools can be trusted, I'm getting at least 5x faster internet where I needed it.

I purchased the ORBI system for our office. For months, we had different IT people and service provider technicians visit the office to assess our problems. Finally, after months of frustrations the ORBI system was recommended. We purchased and expected to be out of internet for a few hours. Much to my surprise, we had it installed and running within 30 minutes! No problems since installation! Our productivity is finally back! Highly recommend this system!

Great Product

I have around a 2700 sq-ft 2-story home and a single wifi router always resulted in dead spots. With the Orbing, that problem is gone. No matter where I am in my home I have a full, strong signal. The setup of the product could not have been easier. It took me about 10 minutes to have both units working and configured. The speed has also been great. We spend a fair amount of time outside so next summer I may be adding an outdoor access point to our system.

Really covers a large area

Our community clubhouse needed better WiFi coverage and faster speeds. A 3 unit Orbi did the trick. It also replaced an old router which connected to a 24 port switch for the wired computers and devices in the bldg. So far it has performed well and it was a breeze to setup. We liked that the setup was easy and convenient thanks to Netgear's easy-to-use router software. Our community's 1200 residents are happy to have good, fast WiFi throughout the bldg now!

Solid Performance

Orbi was easy to set up and creates a single network that covers the entire house (incl. basement, main floor, second floor). Unlike with a repeater, the 2 Orbi routers provide equally good performance across the network. I have fiber internet that offers 500 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload. The Orbi router is supporting that easily (seeing wired speeds of 575 Mbps down and 77 up). Common settings available via an app with more advanced via web interface.

Seamless Coverage

It's been 3 weeks since installing the Orbi and I'm still glad I made the switch. The Orbi replaced a very new router by a well known company that starts with an L. With the old router, I was constantly getting connection issues and speeds never came close to what we paid for. With the Orbi, no drops yet and speeds have surpassed what we pay for. Coverage in all rooms and even two houses away have been excellent. Overall I'm happy I made the switch.
